A major benefit is the low-time engine and propeller, both installed in 2020 with currently only ~ 128 hours accumulated SNEW.
Damage History: Collapsed nose landing gear in 2020 during taxi due to broken articulated strut attachment point. Subsequent gear repair; propeller and engine replaced.
